One of my correspondent children, Jasmine Jade Salavia, is missing from my account. What happened? Did her financial sponsor stop sponsoring her or did they decide to write themselves?

Erin, it looks like regrettably, Jasmine's financial sponsor cancelled on Friday. I am so sorry to have to break this news to you. She is on hold in case they change their mind until the 24th and then she will be on hold for your consideration after that. Please let us know whether you are willing to sponsor her at this time or if you would like to be added back to the correspondent waiting list for another child.

Thank you for the reply. I'm unable to pick up Jasmine's financial sponsorship right now. If for some reason, her financial sponsor changes their mind and decides to continue sponsoring her, and would still like a correspondent sponsor, could I continue to write to her? I've had that happen with a correspondent child once before. She's off my account now, but is there anyway I could still send her a birthday gift? I do not want to be added to the correspondent child waiting list at this time. Thank you for your help!

Hi Erin! Yes, if a sponsor of Jasmine's in the future would like to have a correspondent sponsor, you would be the first we would offer that option to. Regrettably, we cannot process a birthday gift for her now that she is off of your account and her financial sponsor's account.
