Hello, I gave my child a birthday gift a couple months ago and it never gave me credit for it. It drafted from my bank account but it only shows that I have given two gifts this year when I log into my account. I gave a gift close to when I first started sponsoring her. Then I gave a birthday gift and a Christmas gift on the same day. So it should show 3 gifts given this year and it only says 2. It also shows a big, red explamation point by her birthday that say, “! One month until her birthday.” I want to make sure she gets her gift. Can you check into this for me please?

Hi Tracy! Thank you for reaching out to us, and I'm so sorry for the confusion. I see that you have given three gifts this year: a child gift back in July, and a birthday and Christmas gift in October. The reason there are only two gifts showing on your account is because the Christmas gift you gave went to our Christmas fund, which is distributed evenly among all the children in Compassion's program. This means that your child is automatically covered for a gift from your donation, and any extra we receive would go to bless another child who may not have a sponsor. She will definitely get her birthday gift, and the red exclamation point is always going to show up when her birthday is getting close. There's no need to worry. :) Please let us know if you have any other questions!
