Missing letter

I have noticed that I was sent a letter back in March, however I still have yet to receive it. Last time I checked on it, I was told that they are behind in translating, that was two months ago. I am concerned that I have not received this letter. :(

Hi Jessie! I am so sorry that you still haven't received this letter :(. I would be happy to check into the situation for you and find out what is going on, but I can't find your account with your email address or name. Could you give me your sponsor number or child ID?

Hi Jessie! I can't see the full letter but I can see some of it (the full translation, wahoo!). I'm emailing it to you now and we're working with our IT department to get this letter onto your My Account. Sorry for the delay and thank you so much for your patience!

Thank you so much for getting this to me!  I was in tears reading it. :)  I am so very grateful that you were able to at least get me a partial letter.  Can't wait to see the whole thing!

You are not alone Jessie. I had a letter from my English-speaking girl in the Philippines, that showed it was "in translation" for about two months. It now shows as cancelled, with no updates for over two additional months. She writes perfect English, so there was no need for translation to start with. Now, POOF!

Hi Garry, I'm so sorry that your letter from Cirelle disappeared from your account! When the letter goes through translation, even though she speaks English, it also goes through quality assurance. There may have been something wrong with the letter, so I may have needed to be taken care of manually. I have passed this on! We are working on getting this letter from her back on your My Account for you. I'm sorry this process has taken so long to get her letter. I understand the new letter writing system has not been perfect, but we really appreciate your patience while we get Cirelle's letter to you!
