Hello,

I wrote a letter for my mom to her sponsor child Suzana (TZ097000229) on Oct 26 and mailed it to Compassion. The letters I mailed to my sponsor children at the same time were scanned a month ago. My mom didn't receive an email saying that there was anything wrong with the letter to Suzana. Is this letter showing up on your side, or could it possibly be in a backlog waiting to be scanned?

Hi Caroline! I'm showing on my end that all of your mom's letters to Suzana - as recently as November 19th - have all been successfully scanned and delivered! Is there an error on her online account showing the letter has not been scanned?

I sent 4 letters at the same time, but each in their own envelope. The other letters were for my sponsor children Rozi (TZ097000179) and Newton (KE036000545). I sent 2 letters to Rozi (1 about dinosaurs and 1 birthday card) and 1 to Newton. I had checked the other 3 scanned letters to see if Suzana's letter was scanned in with one of them, but didn't see it on my end. I'm pretty sure I wrote down my mom's sponsor number and Suzana's child number correctly, but Rozi and Suzana go to the same project, so I might have written Rozi's child number and/or my sponsor number by accident on the card and stickers. Thanks for helping me with this! :)

Hi Caroline! I looked through both Rozi's and Newton's letters, but didn't find any letters addressed to Suzana among them. I'm so sorry! Is there anywhere else we could check for that letter?

Is there a backlog of letters that were sent around that time or any chance that the letter got lost in Compassion' s mail room? Other than that, the only thing I can think of is that it might have gotten lost in the USPS system.

I would suggest waiting it out for maybe another month or so, and if you still don't see that letter in your "My Letters" section, then I would suggest rewriting your letter. :( I'm so sorry for this inconvenience! If it got lost between you and us, there would be no way for us to know. Again, I apologize, and I definitely encourage you to keep your eye out for that letter in your account!
