Hello,  I have a missing mail problem.  :(  I mailed a Priority Envelope with letters and paper gifts for our kids on January 2nd.  According to the tracking history it arrived in the Colorado Springs Post Office, 80903, on Jan 5th just fine, but then it was scanned as "Undeliverable as Addressed".  The label was a preprinted label with the correct address (Compassion International, Colorado Springs, CO, 80997), so I am not sure how it could be undeliverable...I have never had a problem previously.  I am hoping it was simply mis-scanned and that the package has actually been received.  Can you check if it was received by Compassion?

Thank you for your help!

Oh, no Tammy :(. I'm so sorry that the Post Office scanned our address as Undeliverable. That is the correct address and it should have gone through just fine. Regrettably, we haven't logged any mail from you recently and if they scanned it as Undeliverable, it's likely that it's on the way back to your home or it's possible that they sat it aside to look us up so that they could verify the address and forward it on. We've received mail from you before when you have sent it to us so I think it was likely just scanned wrong. My hope is that you get your package back to you very soon if they didn't forward it on to us. Rest assured our address has not changed. You're welcome to check back with us by the end of the week to see if it ever arrives. I'm so sorry for this little mishap and I might even encourage you to call your Post Office when you re-mail the package and talk to them to see what happened.

Bummer!  Thank you for looking, though.  If it doesn't show up at our home by the end of the week, I will check back.

Hello!

Can you check one more time if the missing package of correspondence has found its way to you?  It would have arrived sometime between 1/5/16 and now.  (Note that we actually just wrote online to our girls on 1/11/16, but the correspondence I am inquiring about would have come via USPS).  I have filed an inquiry with USPS to try to locate it...so if it is still missing hopefully someday it will be found. ;)

Thank you!!

Hi Tammy! I do see that we did log a letter for each of your kids dated January 6, which I am pretty sure is the missing package you are talking about. Our mail department hadn't processed those letters when you first inquired, but they are now showing on your account. Even if our team isn't able to process the letters on the day they come in, they do backdate them to the day they arrived in our office. Your kiddos are going to be thrilled to receive all the goodies you so thoughtfully put together for them :)!

That is good news!  It must have been mis-scanned by USPS as undeliverable.  I am so glad the gifts will soon be on their way!  (Along with a bonus online letter for each girl when I thought the package was lost!)    :)

Thank you for looking into that for me!
