Missing page of scanned letter

I received one of the new scanned letters but page 2 is blank which is where I assume the translation would be.  This causes a problem because I don't speak Spanish and there is no translation anywhere in the letter.  To make it worse there is no customer support other than calling a phone number which I absolutely hate.

James, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of not begin able to view your full letter, the missing translation, and issues with getting a hold of us. You are always welcome to post here or email us at socialmedia@compassion.com or ciinfo@compassion.com and we would be happy to help you in addition to the phone line. In looking at the full letter, the second page does not have the translation. I am sending this letter back to be translated and we will look to get it to you as soon as possible.
