Missing translation

I see that my child sent me a letter awhile ago on my compassion app, but it is missing the translation for a section of it, and I never received the letter in the mail. I don’t know what my child wrote to me, is there any way to fix this and get the translation? It’s been at least a month since the letter showed up on my app.

Hi Brianna! I am so sorry that you aren't able to read the full letter from your child on the app. We had an issue with letters at the end of May which caused issues with the translations. The issue has since been fixed, but you may want to clear your phone's cache and uninstall the app before restarting your phone and reinstalling the app to see if that helps correct the translation issue there. You should see the full letter in your online account, and I just sent a new copy of the letter to you in the mail. You should receive it in the next two weeks :).
