We always get letters after sending small gifts to our child. We recently sent a very large gift to his family, as they have been struggling, but we never received acknowledgment back. Just making sure the $ got to them?? That we didn’t upset them in some way...?

Oh, Kristi, I promise you didn't upset your child's family in any way with your generous gift to them! I believe you are most likely speaking of the $200 family gift you sent in May. Is this correct? If so, it is actually to early for you to have received a thank you letter back in regards to this gift. It usually takes about two months for gifts to arrive to the centers and be distributed to the children and their families. i do see that we have sent this gift on to our office in Thailand to be delivered. Once they receive the gift, we will take a photo and have your child or a family member write a thank you letter detailing what they were able to purchase with the gift. It can take up to six months from the date you sent the gift for you to receive this letter and photo, which means you should receive it by November 8th. If you do not hear from Napat by then regarding the gift, please let us know so that we can look into the situation for you.

Oh that is a relief, thank you. Sometimes I get monthly letters and sometimes I won’t see letters for six months it seems. So just hopeful to keep hearing from them ❤️
