I received an email saying my funds were not working, I manually did the payment and then set up direct payment. I was wondering if someone could see if it was working now as I want Jany to receive her care as soon as possible.

Hi Cheyenne! It looks like your credit card for some reason, declined when we try to withdrawal the support. For your security and to avoid overdraft fees if anything is wrong with your card, we stop all future donations and don't try to pull the donation again until we speak with you. So we haven't yet received a donation and your support is not yet set up on automatic withdrawal. But I see that you actually just chatted online with one of our representatives and they spoke with you about your donations for Jany and were able to help you. Let me know if you need any further assistance and I'm happy to get this sorted out for you and explain anything further!

Yes, thank you. According to the woman I spoke to everything should be set up for direct payments?

Cheyenne, with our online system taking about 24 hours to process donations, it can take a while for us to see donations in our system. I can tell there is a $38 donation set to pull overnight tonight with the card we have on file. I've made sure your donations will automatically pull out on the 15th of the month moving forward too :). I'll look at your account tomorrow to check if the donation went through too.
