I got a thank you card in the mail today that seemed to imply that the money for my Indian sponsored child was given to the critical needs fund. I had requested that money be given to two of my correspondent children as family gifts. Last time I checked, the money still hadn't gone to those children yet. I just wanted to make sure that was still the plan.

Erin, I'm so sorry for any concern caused by receiving the letter in the mail stating your India funds were applied to the Critical Needs Fund instead of as gifts for your children. I would be happy to look into this for you, and we can definitely ensure your children receive their gifts. However, I was not able to locate your account using your name or email address. Would you please provide either your sponsor number, child's number, or the email address associated with your account? Thank you!

Hi Erin! I am so sorry for the confusion! I do see that your India transfer is still awaiting confirmation on your account, but it is on there. It was recently updated on 7/25 so it does look like this should be completed soon. Again, I am so sorry, as it looks like the letter you received was sent in error. Thank you so much for confirming with us!
