When the payments say due the next month, for example, it is December and on the giving history it says due next January, does that mean you have to pay December, or January? Sorry I'm new to this. Thanks!

I think it would mean you need to pay for January. After all, it says next month.

That is what I would say. But, you can always pay in advance. Like you can pay for a whole year at once, and then not pay the rest of the year. At least this is my understanding. Hope this helps, Lizzie :)

I would contact CI either by phone or via the web (live chat during the day or the contact us form on their website) with your sponsor number and they can look up your account and give you the right answer. I honestly don't know the right answer as I set up a direct payment plan awhile ago.

Welcome to the Compassion family! If you log in to your account or look on you statement, it should give a specific date that your next contribution is due. Normally, this will be the 13th of each month. However, you may give your contribution at any time during the month.

How do I access past statements in order to print them? Also, I don't seem to be getting emails with statements. I think they all come via paper mail. Can I get both?

I'm sorry- we don't currently offer statements online or by email. You may request previous statements by calling or emailing us.
