Hi -- we send letters, coloring pages, stickers to our compassion kids' but were wondering if we can save supplies (and postage) and ship both letters in one large envelope to Colorado Springs.  If so, how do we designate the letters inside?  A paperclip? We currently put our sponsored number as well as the child number on each page.  Is that enough?

I have sent letters to multiple kids (8) in one package.  I put the sponsor ID and Child ID numbers on every piece of it and paperclip together all the sheets that go to one child then put all the paperclipped packages in one envelope.  I would guess you cannot put more than one letter to a particular child in the same envelope.  That would be like sending more than one letter in a 24 hour period.

Hi Kathy! Yes, you are more than welcome to send items together in one envelope. Please place your sponsor ID and child ID number on each item. If you would like, you can also paperclip them together. Thanks so much for thinking of your kids and sending them fun items! :)
