Multiple family gifts not all received

Hi! We sent our sponsor child 2 separate family gifts at the same time for Christmas because the amount we wanted to give was not an option on the drop down list. When we received a letter from our sponsor child we realized that the family didn't receive both amounts for Christmas. Can you please explain why they didn't receive both family gift amounts? Thanks!

Hey Jamie! It looks like we combined your gift into one gift when we sent it. So although you technically gave two separate gifts online, our system combined them in to one. If you'd like more specific details, please contact us directly using the "contact us" tab above.

Hi Shaina,

This is even more concerning because per the letter we received from our sponsor child Gemechu his family only received approximately $100 US $ in birr (Eithopian money) and he should have received $300 total. Can you please look into this. It is really important that to us that his family receive the corrected amount.

It says this was "solved"...Jamie could you please let us know if it was indeed solved? Because I've been having some issues myself with money I send and I'm very concerned.
