Justin, I'm so sorry for any confusion or concern caused by your automatic donations not withdrawing on the 5th of the month for the past two months. Regrettably, due to the large number of people who have chosen the 5th of the month for their pull date, the bank is having problems processes the large amount of files for this date at this time. Please rest assured that we are working on a resolution for this and will correct this as soon as possible. However, in the meantime, I encourage you to select a different day of the month other than the 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th. Since we did not automatically withdraw your support for the month of December, I also encourage you to make a one-time donation via your My Account or by calling us at your convenience.
