My account is showing overdue.

I received a paper statement in October saying that our account was overdue. I called and spoke to someone and was told that because out date was the 28th that was the reason for the confusion and there was no problem. When I log in now it shows that we are 3 months overdue. My banking info is showing that it is linked and our date was changed to the 22 so I don't understand what the issue is.

I am so sorry for the confusion! I do see that we spoke with you in October that we did change your pull date to the 22nd going forward. Sadly, I see that the changes we made did not save on your account and therefore we attempted to pull your next donation on November 28th but that contribution did not go through. If we do attempt to pull your donation and are unable to do so, we will stop your automatic withdraw until we speak to you because we do not want to rack up fees on your account. In this case, we have not attempted to pull since that happened in November. I do apologize for the inconvenience! We would be more than happy to help sent this back up for you for the 22nd beginning in January if you would like. You may do this online at Compassion.com by logging into your My Account, or please give us a call and we would be happy to help you get that set back up. Thank you so much for understanding!
