My account on website shows all 12 kids we sponsor however downloaded the app and it only list 11 kids. How can I get this updated?

Hi Kevin! I would first recommend logging out of the app and logging back in to see if that helps update the information on the app. If this is a child you've sponsored since the last time you logged into the app, it may need a refresh to pull that child's information up :). Let me know if that doesn't work!

Hi Kevin! I am so sorry that we have not been able to get this fixed yet for you. But, we do have a few other things we can do for you... If you're up for it. I hope we have not discouraged you. I would honestly try one more thing, if you have not done so already, it may be helpful to uninstall the app all together and then just reinstall it. 
Please let us know if the issue persists afteryou complete this troubleshooting. If the issue is persisting, please providethe following information for us to give to our technical team and we will see if they can correct this for you:

1. Device Make and Model
2. Device Operating System
3. Application Version

Reloading the app did not work.

Because you are using the new iPhone app and we just released the new app, we are still working through these little bugs we could not plan for. Therefore, I cannot guarantee anything, but I would assume they could have this resolved for you in the next couple weeks. Hoping for a quick fix for you! :)
