When I'm on the "my letters" page of my account, it shows that I have at least a couple letters (one from Micaela and one from Ivan) that are new but not clickable. Will they at some point become clickable if I wait long enough? Or do I just need to wait for the scanned copies of these? There are also several letters (from other children) that say they are new when I am in the "write my child" page, but then later say they are in translation. I figured I should wait for those.

Hi Rachel! Actually, neither of these letters are quite ready to view yet as they both are waiting to be officially put on your account. I encourage you to wait for a little while longer, which I know is hard to do! As soon as they are ready for you to read, you'll receive an email that says "You have a new letter". That bar you are seeing that says you have an unread or new letter is just there to indicate that one is coming to you. It doesn't mean that the letters are ready to view yet. It's a little tricky to figure out the new system, but we are here to help you out :)!
