My account says I haven't written the children I sponsor in 140 days. I wrote them on December 5, 2017 so how can this be?

Hello Sue, I apologize for any incorrect information on the mobile app. I do show that you wrote to all three of your sponsored children in December. I have been having reports that there may be some glitches in the new app and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve these glitches. Some trouble shooting steps that you can try are: 

1. Log out of the app
2. Uninstall the app from your phone
3. Reinstall the app to your phone
4. Log back in to the app

Please make sure that you are running the most current operating system for your phone. You can check this under general settings on your phone. If it needs to be updated, please update it before trying the above steps. You should be able to login to your account through the website at, www.compassion.com, and see your letters there. If the trouble shooting steps do not help and you would like me to submit a request to my tech team about this issue, please provide me with your phone model and the current operating system you are using. Thank you.
