My Account was billed twice this month

Today I saw that Compassion had billed me twice in the amount of $38! I only have one sponsor child. Can the extra $38 please be refunded. Thanks

Hi Ben! I just replied to your question through the app a few minutes ago. I am so sorry that you were billed twice this month and I have requested a refund for the second $38 you were charged.

Hey,
I do not know who to contact. My bill was $200 and something cause i never noticed in december i had to update my account. I paid it on the 23rd of june (which is alot of money for me i dont live in the USA) and yesterday 27th of june it went off again so that is $400 plus that went out of my account which i really can not afford please someone help
