Hello Tara, I would like to start off by welcoming you to the Compassion family! I am so grateful that you have chosen to sponsor Nadyla with Compassion. I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with our mobile app. Please try logging in to your account through our website at,, and see if you are able to see Nadyla that way. We will need to try a few trouble shooting steps to see if we can get the app running correctly for you. Please follow these steps:

1. Check your phone's operating system to ensure that you are using the most current version (you can find this under general settings-software update)
2. Log out of the app
3. Uninstall the app
4. Reinstall the app
5. Log back in to the app

If after trying these steps, you are still unable to see Nadyla, please provide me with the your phone model and the current operating system that you are using. This way I can notify my tech team of your issue and have them look in to it further. I appreciate your help.
