My app shows only one gift given, and I have given two. How do I make sure that he has received both gifts?

I have given two gifts to my child... once for his birthday and once at Christmas. My app shows only one gift given. How do I make sure that he has received both gifts?

Hi Shelly! I do see that you have given both a birthday gift and Christmas gift for your child, Christian. I sincerely apologize for the confusion with only the one gift (the birthday gift) showing up on the app. Christmas gifts work differently than all other gifts you can give to your child and his family. Compassion pools the funds given towards Christmas together so that we are able to purchase gifts for every child in the program, whether they have a sponsor or not. Christian does receive a gift from that pooled fund. The app is only showing one gift being given to him because it only counts that birthday gift since the Christmas gift is divided up among all of our children and he does not get the full amount of the gift himself.
