I noticed my child is not currently enrolled in school. He is six years old and lives in Nicaragua. As far as I know the school system starts in January so it seems like he should be in school. Is there anything I can do to make sure he has access to a school system.

Hi Riley! Compassion updates child information, their grade level included, every 18-24 months currently. From the information on his account, he was probably four years old going on five the last time his information was updated. At the time, he wasn't attending school, most likely because he was too young. Compassion does help enroll children in their local school system as soon as they are old enough, and he is probably already attending. I would encourage you to ask your sweet boy if he has started school yet in your next letter to him :). His information should be updated around the end of this year too, giving you more current information.
