I sponsored a child in Rwanda about 2-3 weeks ago. I just recently created an account online. She does not appear on my account. How and When will she appear?

I went to the Compassion Experience and gave my information there.  I thought that was my first payment.  I have my payment information set up on my account, but I do not see Uwineza on my account so I can not make a payment.  I clicked on the link that was sent to my email to set up a payment and the link was unable to find Uwineza. I am not sure what to do now.

Hi Jazmine! I am so sorry for the confusion. I do see that you have a credit card on your account now, but somehow it didn't get set up when you gave the information at the Experience. Susan was just trying to give you a way to make a donation with the link she provided. You can either make the donation that way or I can process one for you manually today. As soon as the first donation processes, Uwineza will show up on your account.
