My Christmas gift seems to be duplicated, how do I fix that?

It seems there’s 2 separate transactions for my Christmas gifts, one for $50 and another for $25 and I currently only have one child. How do I fix this?

Lizza, I am so sorry for the confusion with your Christmas gift. I see both the $25 donation and the $50 donation. We have had your account set up for the $25 annual Christmas gift since 2015, but the $50 annual Christmas gift was set up online this year on October 27th. Do you remember doing that? I can certainly cancel either of these annual donations for you if you would like me to and refund the extra that was pulled out as well. It sounds like you would like to keep the $25 annual Christmas gift and not the $50 Christmas gift. Is that right?

Lizza, I just took care of canceling the $25 gift for you :). This coming year, you should only see $50 come out of your account.
