Hi I started sponsoring child # CO070900493 about 2 months ago. The first letter that I sent to her is grayed out and has said "In Process" for 5 weeks. Also the special art picture that I made for her is missing from the letter. All of the letters that I have sent to my other sponsored child are blue and that is why I am concerned that this particular letter is stuck in the system. I do not want my child to think that I am not writing to her. She waited 276 days to be sponsored and I do not want her to think after all of that time she got a deadbeat sponsor. Please let me know if I should resend the letter.
Thank you

Compassion staff- I am also wondering why my letter to Carmen on 2-28-2017 is still showing that it has not been processed. Thank you.

Where do you look to see if letter has been processed? Where do you see if it is gray or blue highlighted? I am new to the program and have just written my first letter. Thanks!!

Hi Mary! Welcome to the Compassion family :)!! You can see if your letters have been processed through your online account. Once you've logged in, click on "Write My Child" and then "My Letters". You'll be able to see the status of your letters, grey and blue bars included, on that page. I can also confirm that both of your letters have been processed and placed in the project's letter box for them to pick up and deliver to your kiddo :).

Yeohann John, I have sent this letter to our technical support to push the letter through our system. It looks like it got stuck due to a system error but we will do everything we can to deliver it as soon as possible. I don't think you are a deadbeat sponsor and I'm sure she doesn't either. You have sent another letter and this one will be delivered soon. Thank you so much for choosing to love and support this precious girl!
