My husband and I sponsor two children . I received a email from Compassion for one child but not the other. Why the delay ?

Hi Jamie! I currently only see one child on your account. Did you sign up for both children online and did you sign up for both under your name or different names? Do you happen to remember the child ID for the other child?

My husband and I signed up for two children at the same time at a Casting Crowns concert. I filled out one card and my husband filled out the other. The Child ID number is H0033900255.

Hi Jamie! I do see that Denisse has been successfully sponsored by your husband, Robert. It looks like it's his email address is on his account, so he would be the one to receive the email with her information. I also see that the welcome booklet with all of Denisse's information was successfully mailed out on February 26th, which means you should receive that by the 12th of this month!

Perfect, thank you so much! But Robert did not receive an email yet so he can’t login with the Compassion International app...

Jaime, I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this! Even if Robert hasn't received an email yet, he can create an account using his sponsor number and zip code. The sponsor number we have on file for him is 08685344. Please let us know if he has any trouble setting up his account!
