Our little boy is so sweet but we have a great family to take over his sponsorship so we are thankful for that.

Marva, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband's job :(. We will pray for you and your husband to have provision and to be blessed. Thank you so much for finding a new sponsor family to take care of Werner :). That is so thoughtful, and we are very grateful for sweet sponsors like you! We can definitely do what we call a "sponsor change" for Werner. I will need to know the name of your friend who intends to take over the sponsorship so that I can make a special note on your account. Then, we will need to speak with your friend to confirm this change :). Your friend is welcome to contact using whichever method they prefer. They may email us as socialmedia@compassion.com, or they may also call our customer service number at 800-336-7676. We are here to serve you Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Mountain Time. Thank you for years you given Werner your love and support. Please know that your support has made a difference in his life :). If in the future you would like to sponsor another child, we would be blessed to partner with you.

Thank you for your kind words. Werner is a very sweet little boy and we couldn't just him go without knowing who was sponsoring him. My friends name is Kristi Bredeweg and I will give her this information so she can contact you to have things switched over. Thank you!

Wonderful! Thank you so much, Marva! I have placed a special note on your account giving your permission to allow Kristi Bredeweg to take over sponsorship of Werner :). As soon as we hear from your friend, we will take care of this for you. God bless you and Merry Christmas!
