My kids aren't showing up on my account?

So.. When I moved from USA to Australia, I think a new sponsor number was created for me because neither of my kids are showing up on my current online account - but I am received their letter and money is being taken out of my account (: My old sponsor number is 06546708
And I believe my new one that is on the most recent letter I received is : 07268597

I would like to keep both accounts under one email (jessicanoelle96...) same address (5 Crescent...) and same card details with automatic deductions! Let me know!

Hi, I am another sponsor who also had an account in the US but moved to one of the other country offices. It is possible you may now be under the Compassion office in Australia? If so, the other offices work independently, so your account will not be linked to your existing US one. That may mot be what is happening here, but it sounded familiar since I, too, have an empty account in the US since my children were transferred out.

Hi Jessica! I apologize for the confusion! I see that your USA account currently does not have any active children. Regrettably, I do not have access to Compassion Australia accounts. You will need to contact Compassion Australia for your new sponsor number and to confirm the account information that they have for you.
