My letter history has been cleared out for 6 of my kids on my account

Hello!  The last few times I've gotten into my account, I noticed that for 6 of my kids, it appears that all of the letters we have written back and forth have disappeared!  It lists that the correspondence is 0, and it is gray and does not allow you to click on their name to open up the correspondence history.  I hope this can be fixed and that not all of my letters have been lost!  I will be very upset if that is the case.  Can you please look into this for me and see if there is something that can be done to fix this?  My sponsor number is:  07300510.  Thank you!

Also, I noticed that one of my correspondent children has been removed from my account (Elizeth NI-195-0398).  Does this mean that her financial sponsor stopped sponsoring her?  I thought we would be notified when this happens and given the opportunity to take over the financial obligation.  I am not sure that I could afford to financially support another child at this time, but I just thought we would at least be notified to let us know that we would be losing a correspondent child, and maybe give us an opportunity to write them one last letter to say goodbye.  Can I still send a letter to her, even though she has been removed from my account? 

If I have lost Elizeth, could I please add a request to the list so that I can get another correspondent child?  A girl between the ages of 5 and 16 from anywhere.  Thank you so much!!
