Hello,

I was so excited to receive my child's latest letter, but when I opened it online none of it was translated at all. I tried to use the google translate app, because sometimes it can take words from a picture and translate that, but with no luck. I don't know much about the Spanish language and tried to type it in myself, but that didn't make any sense either. I'm asking here to find out if there is a way I can get translated so that I can read it. ^-^

Thanks. :)

BasicPiper, I am so sorry I haven't been able to answer your question yet. Our staff is not in the office over the weekends and we have had more questions to answer on this forum than we normally do. Regrettably, I am not able to find an account with your email address. Do you know your sponsor number? I'm happy to look into what is going on with this letter and get it fixed for you!

BasicPiper, it looks like the translation is on the last page of the letter. I know we have been having some issues with full letters showing online so I am sending you a copy via email so that you can read the letter. We definitely want you to be able to understand and connect with your child through the letters!
