My letters seem to be lost in translation

An online letter I wrote to one of my children (ET027500257) two months ago seems to be stuck in the translation phase. Previously my letters to her took only 2 or 3 weeks for her to receive them. May I ask is it possible the letter got misplaced? In my child's most recent letter to me she wrote "could you please write to me" and there are two letters for her awaiting translation and I have no way to let her know that I have not forgotten her. Thank you.

Hi mjmyers! I am so sorry that your letters have been taking a while to be processed! It looks like our translation team is still working on your letter from August 25. I am not sure why it is taking so long in translation, but it looks like they may be having a technical problem. Regrettably, we are unable to send a formal inquiry about the letter until it has been three months since it was sent. If you still see that the letter is in translation on November 25, please let us know! Your other letters should still be able to go through as normal.

Hi Mackenzie thank you for the prompt reply. I have tried to maintain somewhat of a regularity in writing to my children and that is why I was concerned, Thank you for looking into this for me and in the future I will wait until three months before contacting the organization.
