Hello,

I've received my third photo update on Thomas, which I love receiving, however, the photos (photo #2 vs. photo #3) to me seem to reflect two different children.  This also happened with the first update photo vs. original photo but I set my reaction aside knowing that a lot can change physically in the late toddler/early adolescent ages.  The most recent photo definitely looks different (bone structure, head shape, eyes, nose, mouth...).  It's making me wonder if, of all three pictures I've received, which one is the real Thomas?

Could you help me with this?

Thanks so much,
Brooke

Brooke, I am so sorry for the confusion and that you have received so many photos that you are thinking are incorrect. I did take a look at the first photo you had received and I personally believe that the first two photos are of the same child. However, this most recent photo definitely looks like he has a different facial structure. I have sent an inquiry to verify the correct photo and if this most recent photo is in fact of the wrong child, we will certainly provide you a new photo of Thomas. We will notify you (in approximately forty-five days) just as soon as we hear back from Togo on this. Thank you for your patience as we correct this issue.
