My sponsored children are showing up in my account yet. When will they be there

It has been a week and they it says I am not sponsoring any children. When will they show up in my account

Hi Lori! It looks like you set up the sponsorships for these children online. When the website tried to process them, the sponsorships didn't go the easy route. They are currently in a queue to be manually processed and placed on your account. I am so sorry for the delay :(.

I also noticed that they took the money from my account and a few days later it was put back. It has been over a week and they have not taken it. Also the children I put in to sponsor will be mine is this correct ? I did get a confirmation email showing who I sponsored.

Lori, it was a pre-authorization that you saw come out of your account and placed back in. The children are still yours, but we are behind on processing these new sponsorships that didn't go through correctly the first time so it will take some time to have these children officially placed on your account.

I am still waiting on the processing of my sponsored children . Is there any info on how long this will take for them to show on my account or is there something wrong with my account ? Also when this goes through will that actually start the sponsorship date ? when they take the money will it be one months sponsorship and not back logged to original date as no money has been taken as of yet from my account?

Hi Lori! I cannot say for sure, but I know the last update said that our processing department was roughly six weeks behind processing children onto accounts. I know they are working extremely hard to get these caught up though, so I am hoping sooner than that! Also, don't worry, we will only begin charging your account once the kiddos are added. Thanks for your continued patience with us during this time!
