I am confused about my Giving History on my online account

My account says i owe 76$ but i have sent two 38$ payments for this month and last month.. are they not getting there? or what?

Hi Haley, I am another sponsor so I am only speaking based on my experience.  When I have had a question about a payment, I call the 800# especially in your case where the payment shows on your bank account but not their statement.   I think they open at 7 AM Colorado time on Monday.  Hope this is resolved soon for you!

Hi Haley! I am very sorry for any confusion there may be on your account as I know this would be concerning. I see that we received one donation in June from you but we haven't received any from July or August yet. Did you send both donations in one check? It may still be in processing or depending on when you mailed your check in we may have just not received it yet. If your check has cleared, please send us an email or call us with the check number, the date it was sent and the date that it cleared with your bank, and we will research your check further.

It's still showing that I owe 76.00$. We sent off a check in July and August.

Haley, I just checked on your account again and the August check cleared and posted to your account. This donation brought your support for Aaron current through July 31, 2014.  You will still see a balance of $76 because we are now in September. Please send us an email at socialmedia@compassion.com with your check information from July if it has cleared and we can research that check further. I apologize for this inconvenience and we certainly want to work with you to resolve this issue.

As Emily explained, we have received two donations from you so far via check. One of the donations was for June's support and the other donation was for July's support. Your support continues to be current through the end of July. Please let us know if there is any other way we can assist you.
