Does my child receive my letters? They don't mention my letters and they don't answer my questions.

Yes, your child definitely receives your letters. You're welcome to call us and we can check your correspondence record to make sure we have been receiving your letters.

I'm sorry your not getting your questions answered. I encourage you to separate your questions from the body of your letter and number each one. Highlight them, and they will surely be noticed by the translator and program worker. You should receive a response approximately 5-6 months after sending your letter.

I want to know how many of my letters Eliana receives? It doesn't seem like my questions are being replied to and her letters are all very similar. I know she is little and can't elaborate details, but every letter seems standardized. I don't really know if she is happy or being well fed or properly educated.
Please let me know details on how my little girl is doing. Compassion is a huge organization and it is your job to take care of helpless children and I want to know exactly how mine is doing.

I'm sorry you're frustrated, Emma. Your child receives each letter you send. If we aren't able to send a letter for some reason, we would contact you to let you know.

Here's a great article about letter writing: http://blog.compassion.com/nine-most-...
