New sponser with info not on file.Also paid cash for 1st months sponsorship and a deduction has appeared on bank statement with in 1 week,so in reality I have paid double or 2 months of sponsorship,please look into to update, did call 800 number and operator couldn't find my info either.My info email: mg******

Hello Mario! I am sorry, but I was not able to find your account with your name and email address. We would be happy to look into this further for you. Do you know which child you chose to sponsor? The child should have a child ID number. Their full name and birth date will also help us research your sponsorship.
