New card not charged

I changed the credit card information a day or two before my automatic monthly payment, but I haven't seen the charge on my bank app in the last 2 days since it should have charged. How do I make sure my payment as been made?

I have found when I make changes to the credit card information, it does not always get pulled that month and I need to make a manual payment to cover.  The next month is fine.  If neither Compassion's records (you can check online if the month's fees are paid or not) nor your credit card recognizes a payment as having been made, then it has not happened.

Hi Ruby! I am so sorry for the confusion! Sarah is correct that you'll need to make a one time, manual donation to cover February. Your donations are set to continue on the 10th of the month starting in March right now. If you'd like me to take care of pulling the February donation for you so that you don't have to do that yourself, I would be happy to do so!
