I just submitted info for two sponsors. However, when I created an account, I only can see one. How do I add the other sponsor to our account?

Hi Michael! Thank you so much for choosing to bless two precious children with your love and support! I'm so sorry that these two children are not appearing on the same account for you. Regrettably, I was only able to find one account using your email address, and this account is under the name of Carter. Would you please provide me with these two child numbers so that I can research these accounts and combine them for you? If you do not feel comfortable putting the child numbers on this public forum, then you may email us at socialmedia@compassion.com. Thank you!

Hi Christina,

One is Manirankunda Theoneste from Rwanda (RW7430186) and the other is Anthony Josue Santos Perez from Honduras (HO7070118).

Thanks for your help!

Sarah,

Yes, that would be perfect if you could combine the accounts and have the account show as "CarterandCameronMacDonald." Thanks so much! Could you kindly let me know when it's done so I can check it out? I'm anxious to show the kids and have them interact and pray for Anthony & Manirankunda. Thanks for your help!

Michael, I submitted the request to combine the accounts under Carter's sponsor number, 4095224. It usually takes a few days to merge them, but if you create an online account you will be able to see when Anthony is placed on the account :).

Hi Sara, I did see the account name change.  Thank you.  However, I still don't see the other child on the account.  Ideally, what I envisioned was having access to both sponsored children on one online account that I could show my kids.  Essentially, I want to print some info about him for my other son so he can see him, pray for him, and write him.  I saw your message about creating an online account which I already did.

Three quick questions:

1) I don't have the sponsor number for our second child (Anthony  Josue Santos Perez from Honduras).  Do you have this?
2) Will Anthony be added to our current online account (currently named "CarterMacDonald"?)
3) We received the information via mail for the first child we are sponsoring (4095224).  However, not Anthony's.  I was hoping to get the mail before Christmas to give to my oldest son.  Do you know when it was shipped by chance?

As always, thanks so much!!

Michael, the accounts are still in the process of being combined. Eventually both children will be on the one account, just as you described. I sincerely apologize for the delay in processing as this is the busiest time of year for us and clearly we are behind. I would anticipate that this should be processed in about ten business days.

1) Again, the accounts will be eventually combined and the 4095224 account will remain. That said, 4097377 is your other account and Anthony is on that account. I would not advise creating a web account for Anthony's account as this account will become obsolete in the next few days.
2) Yes, Anthony will be added to your current online account.
3) The information on Anthony was sent December 14. I apologize for the delay in the delivery, but I trust you will receive his packet in the next few days. Regrettably, if I were to re-order the packet now, it would arrive after Christmas. We normally say that packets will arrive in the mail in about 10 days so I do realize that you are cutting it close.
