Hi, My name is Ailen. I have a correspondent sponsorship since october 2015. I have been waiting for my child information or any letter from him but I haven't received anything. I wrote him every month but nothing happened. I wrote some months ago to your staff but there was no reply. Could you help me please?

Hi Ailen! Thank you so much for choosing to invest in the life of a child in our program! I can imagine how eager you must be to hear from your boy and thank you so much for already writing him so often. I know he must have been so overjoyed to hear from you and get to know you. I'm so sorry that you haven't heard from him yet or received a response from us. We work hard to reply to all inquiries from our supporters within 24 hours so I'm wondering if we did not receive your email.

You should have received a welcome packet from us within 3 weeks of your sponsorship having begun in our system. You should have also received an introduction letter within the first four months of your sponsorship. If you haven't received either of these, I'm wondering if we need an updated address on file. But I definitely want to check on your account to ensure everything is set!

Regrettably, I was unable to locate an account under your name or email address. Do you know your child's ID number or your sponsor number? If you do, please post them here so that I can locate you in our system, or email me at socialmedia@compassion.com. I can do further research at this point, to see if there's a letter on its way to you or I can send an inquiry to our field office to ensure your boys doing alright and request that he write a letter.
