I signed up to sponsor two children in early January. It is now 2 months later and I have not received any information. I think I want to cancel as I have seen this too many times on there where there are problems.  There have been no debits to my account either. I'm guessing it did not go through. Please contact me via email to confirm cancellation.

Hi Sherelyn, 
I am so sorry to hear that you do not wish to sponsor with Compassion at this time. I see that when you selected the child online to sponsor, there was an error on the account. This is because the child you selected was no longer available for sponsorship. This typically happens when two sponsors choose the same child at the exact same time. I see that we actually sent you this information and asked if you would like to choose a new child on January 26th. I do apologize if you did not receive that communication. 
At this time, please consider your account closed. However, please know that if you change your mind down the road and would like to sponsor with us again, we would feel blessed to have you back.
