I know this doesn’t solve the problem, but if you’d like a translation for your letter while you wait for the official translation I can easily translate it for you if it’s in Spanish or French and I can translate from Portuguese okay as well. That way you can get your response off to your kiddo!

Alexis, I am so sorry that your letter was not translated! I have sent an inquiry to our office in Tanzania to have this letter translated and then placed back on your account again. It can take up to 6-8 weeks for us to receive the letter back with the translation attached.

The letters I receive from my sponsored child are not translated. Why? They used to be from my previous child. Why send me a letter I cannot read?

Jim, I am showing that each of the last few letters from your child have been translated. The translation is included on the second page. Are you viewing these letters online? If so, please be sure to click the "Next" button at the top of the letter so that it continues to the second page where the translation should be showing.
