I haven't received a letter from my child in about 6 months . Is there a way to check on him and confirm he received donations and my letters?

Cindy, I am so sorry it has been so long since you have heard from Andy! It does look like his last letter was sent in December 2014. However, I show that a letter was logged and sent to you from him a week and a half ago. I trust that you will be receiving this letter very soon and his letter will be able to update you on how he is doing.

Can you see if my new teenager has received my monetary gifts, letters and packages full of stickers and puzzles?  I have other stuff to send her but I want to make sure that she knows who I am and wants to correspond with me before I send anymore.
Thank you,

Mary Marshman

Mary, regrettably, I cannot see the exact contents of the packages of letters and goodies you have sent. However, I do see that the following letters have been sent:

May 28, 2015 Web Letter
June 3, 2015 Physical Letter
June 8, 2015 Web Letter
June 12, 2015 Physical Letter

Thank you so much for loving and blessing Mukeshimana with such thoughtful letters and gifts! She is so blessed to have you as a sponsor! There is no doubt in my mind that she is going to love you and will be excited to write back and forth with you. :)

However, please keep in mind that because letters take two to three months to be delivered Mukeshimana has not received any of them yet. However, the first web letter you sent will arrive soon. Also, the children are required to write at least two letters each year and up to six letters reply letters.

Mukeshimana has written and sent her first letter to you. I imagine that you will receive it any day now. :)

Hi Katie! I'm sorry you haven't received your first letter from Maria yet but thank you so much for not giving up on her and for your continued loving letters :). Because correspondent children are not required to write an introduction letter within the first four months like financially sponsored children, it can take up to six months to receive your first letter from her. There may be a letter on it's way to you that we're just not seeing in our system yet. If you don't get a letter by September 17th, let me know and I'll send an inquiry to ensure she's doing alright. But I'm hoping you get one in the mail very soon :). Thanks for your patience!

Hi, I received an introduction letter from my sponsored child Rediet yet it isn't translated. I've tried looking for apps or help online but I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Oh no, Becky! I can imagine that would have been difficult to read and I'm so sorry that you went through the trouble of finding different ways to translate it yourself. We certainly try to avoid these errors as we don't want to make the letter relationship with you and your child, difficult.

I actually just received your email with the copy of Rediet's letter, thank you! I'm going to send an inquiry to our office in Ethiopia and get it re translated for you. We will send it to you as soon as we receive a response from them! Thanks so much for your patience!
