Dianne, I am so sorry that these letters didn't have a translation or that it was incorrect. To be sure I have the correct account, are you sponsoring Lidiya and Esmerelda? I look forward to making sure this is corrected for you.

Dianne, thank you for verifying that we have the correct account for you. Please rest assured that I have asked our field offices in Ethiopia and El Salvador to have Lidiya and Esmeralda's letters translated. We will be in contact with you as soon as we receive a response from the field offices. Please know that this may take about 6-8 weeks to receive these letters. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.

I have a letter dated May 30th posted to my account and it is not translated either. Her ID is HA026103827 and she goes by Shamaelle. Could you please see about getting the letter translated before I write her back? Thanks in advance for your help!

Christina, I understand your eagerness to receive a resolution with Shamaelle's translated letter so you can read it. Regrettably, due to the time required for letters to be resent to the field office, translated, processed, and sent back, it does take about 6-8 weeks. I'm so sorry for this delay, and we appreciate your grace and understanding as we wait for Shamaelle's letter to be translated.

I also received a letter, from our little girl Maydee, that was not translated on the back. The front was translated, but the back was not.

Leah and Ashley, I am so sorry that you both received letters that were not translated :(. Our IT team is aware of an issue that has been causing this in the last few days and are working to get it fixed as soon as possible. When we are able to get it fixed, we will have the correct translations re-uploaded to the letters on your account so that you can read these precious words from your kids!
