The letter I received from my child in Haiti did not include a translation for the second page and the first page was incorrect/incomplete.

Good afternoon Elizabeth, 

I am so sorry to see that your letter was affected by a glitch that we recently found. Over the weekend our team was able to identify why this glitch happened and was able to automatically trigger all letters with this issue to be sent back to our translation queue. This means that we do not need to send these individually and they are already in the process of being fixed. Thank you so much for your understanding, patience and kindness as we get this resolved for you! :)
