Hello. I received my first letter from my child in Honduras. The translation is incorrect for the first page and incomplete, and the second page has absolutely no translation. Please help! I would love to know what my child wrote in her letter so I can write back accordingly.

Olivia, I sincerely apologize for this issue with the translation on this letter. I have requested a new translation and reported it to our technical team. We will send you the correct translation as soon as possible. Thank you so much for letting us know!

Hi Susan. Thank you for your response. I got a notification that I had a new letter from my child, but the translation is still not correct (first page is not translated correctly and back page is still not translated). I’m wondering if a translation for another child was accidentally paired with my letter again?

Hi Olivia! Can you tell me what is causing you to think the first page isn't translated correctly? From what I see, it has been translated correctly with an extra explanation about what gringas are. Our IT team is still working on the issues that are causing incorrect translations and also incomplete translations on letters. They haven't finished that yet, so we need to give them a few more days to do that. I am so sorry for the extra wait! They are fixing everything that happened to cause this as quickly as they can, but may only be able to fix one piece of the issue at a time. Hang in there and let me know if you still have this issue at the end of this week.
