Hi, I received a letter from my sponsor child but I do not have a translation.  Can you help?

I am so sorry for the confusion! I see that the latest letter from Jordan that was uploaded into our system on 12/13/17 is actually still in translation. I do apologize as you should have not seen this letter appear on your account until the letter was complete with translation. This should be translated shortly. Again, I am so sorry for our glitch.

Thanks Shannon!  I am trying to get into my account, I think there is letter history there, right?

Can you tell me which email I used to set my account up...I tried the 2 that I always use and it is not working.
