I received my first letter today from my child in Rwanda. I was so excited but when I opened it, nobody even translated it. There's not a single bit of English on it! Dissapointed, it there some way I can send this back to be corrected? I also have been sponsoring a child from Haiti for over a year and have never had this problem.

Oh no! I'm sorry. Yes, you can get it translated. Just do one of the following to get it to Compassion:

-Email: Scan the letter and send it as an attachment to ciiinfo@us.ci.org.
-Fax: Scan the letter and send it to 719-487-4828
-Mail: Copy the letter and send it to:

Compassion International
Attn. Susan, SDR
Colorado Springs, CO 80997

Then they will get the whole letter translated for you.
