Not at all satisfied with your customer service,which is very poor !

I am getting more and more disillusioned with Compassion all the time. I have been a sponsor since the late nineties,ans find it is getting worse and worse. I also sponsor a child through Children International,and find them to be much more user friendly and cooperative. Now the sight doesn't recognize my e-mail address or sponsor number,but it doesn't seem to have any problem deducting the money from my account every month. I have an appointment with my CPA on Tuesday and need a copy of my 2017 contributions. Norine Moynihan

Norine, I am so sorry that you haven't been able to log into your online account to retrieve your 2017 tax summary. I do see that you have had an online account for many years but have not logged in for a long time. I am sending you an email this morning with your login information so that you can print out your tax summary in time for your appointment with your CPA tomorrow. I think you may have been trying to create a new online account instead of logging into your old one? If you have any other specifics on how Compassion's customer service has been dissatisfying to you, please let me know so that we are able to learn from and improve on these areas.
