Notifications on app

I have clicked through every option on the app, but it always shows I have 2 notifications. I would like to clear them, kind of frustrating. I also went to the website, but I don’t have any open messages. Please help.

I think it’s a glitch because mine is the same! More than likely they’re aware of it and getting it fixed but I’m like you, it’s drving me crazy

I’m the type to clear all notifications... LOL my thought is to uninstall and reinstall the app. There is a setting in the app to turn off notifications. That’s not clearing it so far, but maybe if I start over it will.

Mine is doing the same thing, I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s still telling me that I have a notification.

Hi Karen! I totally understand how annoying this is as the app is giving this issue to pretty much everyone who has the new version for the iPhone. This is a known issue that we are working on fixing for sponsors so hang in there for a little longer while we try to fix it :).
