On the app it looks like my child hasn’t read my letters. Are they printed and given to them or is it better to send them in the mail instead?

Hi Jill!
That's a great question. However you choose to send your letters, your sponsored boy or girl will recieve a printed copy of them! Thank you for taking the time to write. If the letter in the app shows up as blue, that means your letter has finished translatation and your sponsored child has recieved a copy of it! However, letters can be gray for up to six months as they are translated, so I would not worry too much. Have a great sunday! :)
